Classes
Well.. after going through all my classes for a week, i am now going to make my predictions on them..
Math 411 (Math Probability)- By far my easiest class.. this class has no homework, quizzes on thursdays and 2 tests.. it is going to require up to 10 hours of work before the exams and 15-30 mins a week other than the exam weeks..
Math 427 (Intro to Number Theory)- Not bad, this class could definitely get hard if the professor wants to make it hard.. this class is interesting though because the guy who looks/acts like kirk is in the class.. and my prof could be james brand's 30 year old female australian cousin.. she is roughly the same height as james was in hs, about the same weight, the handwriting is similar, she has a VERY similar haircut to what james had in hs.. the only thing that isn't similar is the accent which is very british.. *shrugs* anyway, this class will take about 5 hours of work a week on the 6 weeks we are going to have hmwk, then next to nothing the other weeks.. oh and did i mention that we have take home tests? *sigh* what did i do so right as to deserve this class, i may never know..
Math 470 (communication and cryptography)- my most fun class.. the homework could be a little much at times (potentially).. but the enjoyment factor will probably make the amount of time spent on hmwk worth it.. the prof is great, the material is good, the homework is basically a puzzle (decently similar but more complicated than those puzzles my mother works, 'cryptograms' i think that is what they are called..)
Clas 210 (Latin 1)- This will possibly be my hardest class, unless 427 picks up a lot, simply due to the vast amount of memorization and reading and time.. we will have hmwk everyday, but so far none of the assignments have taken over an hour.. this class should remain interesting though, simply because i might learn to speak the language this time around.
ok well, i need to finish getting ready for class.. everyone have a great labor day, enjoy your day off (those who aren't at A&M) while i suffer through class.. ttyl. God bless!!
