conclusion?
So had a little tet-a-tet with the CEO and jimmy... I'm just going to screen all of Daineli's calls from now on, see if it makes a difference...in addition to being even more sweet/professional on the phone to see what happens...
I dont see how the CEO can even think i was ever rude to anyone when I answer the phone when he calls in all the time, and his wife, staff etc. no one ever has a problem!!
GRRRRRR--- but those people are assholes straight up, the ones who were "complaining" about me? The other guy, I found out who he was, he called today, and I answer, he asks for daineli, I ask who he is, and he answers, but while i'm saying "please hold" he talks over me and says "THANK YOU" is in: your done.period. don't say anything else, just put her on, done.

of course...because i'm the "receptionist" he can treat me like crap. that makes it so much more clear. I hate people like that.
