So I'm pretty steamed...the CEO called me into the conference room to have a quick sit down with me.... mentioned that a 'few' people have complained about the way I am on the phones, that I'm 'short' with them and rude. This was the second time he mentioned this to me... and the second time I had to point out that the other half of the office
