I KNOW, RIGHT? He can look all stern and disapproving at me any day. And the best part? He's older than me, so I don't have to feel pervy about thinking he's cute - yay!

I wish I could force myself to watch it, because everyone tells me the movie is amazing, but I just... can't. Honestly, I'm like physically and psychologically repelled by Pacific War stuff, so I'm pretty sure watching The Pacific is going to be a trial, even if it is amazing.

It's weird, I actually find the PTO more interesting than the ETO. One of the things I'm most fascinated with the the Phillipines' role in the war, with the capturing of Manila, then the Japanese taking all of those nurses hostage. Really fascinating stuff.

See, I'm the exact opposite. The ETO is way more interesting to me, has been since I was in grade school when I read Number the Stars and The Diary of Anne Frank, and it sort of expanded from there.

Now that I think about it, I think part of my instinctive dislike of PTO stuff is because in that particular sphere the Japanese were the enemy, and even though I'm not Japanese, I guess I just dislike the idea of seeing Asians as the Enemy? I don't know *shrugs* Oh well.

You are NOT ALLOWED TO PERVE ON CS LEWIS' grieving stepson.

Or, if you do, keep any shirtless shots under a cut, please, I'm begging you.

That is one of my all-time favorite movies and I cannot stand to see it tainted.

(Thankfully, I just looked him up and he's 26 or 27. That's not so bad. Still, I really do not want to be perving on Douglas Gresham.)

YES I AM, ESPECIALLY SINCE I NEVER SAW THAT MOVIE :)

But yes, I will try to keep any shirtless shots under a cut, lol.

He's my age! And yummy. I can perve on him all I want, yay :D
