I do not, as a rule, make flutes.  No one has ever introduced me at a dinner party as, “I’d like you to meet the Big Ugly Man Doll - he makes flutes.”  Doesn’t happen.  I can’t even whistle in key.  This is in stark contrast to my friend Lev, who does, in fact, make flutes.  ( Read more... )

I think I need to go double check the fine print on my freezer.  It’s supposed to keep things cold, yes.  Frozen, even.  And technically, it meets those specifications.
