The beach house is coming along veeeerrrry slowly. With the recent cold snap (oh wait, maybe that is normal winter approaching) I have learned that the place is not inredibly insullated so I have an insullation expert coming out with this heat-sensing camera to do an evaluation. I have the snaking suspecion that I am going to have to drill holes into the drywall and do liquid foam fill in the external walls. If I can just get the exterior walls thick than it should be pretty snug.
