Our last (hopefully) home improvement is underway.
1. Re-roofing to tile -- done
2. Installing a whole house fan -- done
3. Demolishing the deck and making into a patio -- done
4. Ordering appliances -- done
5. Installing security doors -- done
On Monday, they'll start demolishing the kitchen (cabinet and countertop). We ended up becoming a general contractor and hired all different people for our projects but it saved tons of $$.
I just ordered four sets of faucets which cost nearly $700! I decided based on what I saw on the screen. Hopefully the image wasn't deceiving.
We are not going to move until Antone graduates from HS. By the time the house will be paid off and we can move to wherever we want to!
