Alternately, the term "Prayer-Conditioner" may be refering to a person. In which case, one's libido is not being stifled, but only redirected to your nearest confidant.

Ever heard of a Prayer-Warrier?

Warrior?

Even if the term Prayer-Conditioner could refer to a person, I still hold that it's a machine pun, because of the imperative "Turn on," a verb that applies to air conditioners.

Prayer-Warriers are people especially good at intercession and you bring your requests to them. They do like 24 hour stints and such.

I am certain you are correct in their intended meaning of "Prayer-Conditioner".

However, "turn on" is also a sexual innuendo that continues the sexual overtone of "hot? bothered?" so I am merely proposing that there could be an alternately inappropriate suggestive quality to the message.

i agree with you. Hot and Bothered makes me think of sex, not animals. Thom, you're a loser =P

The term "animals in heat" means animals that are aroused. So both animals and sex are implied there. I thought that it would be funnier, though, to think of horny dogs instead of horny people...

yeah, animals in heat is pretty... disgusting though. especially bitches.

I admit I didn't even think of that when this was posted, but if that's the case, I'm not so sure what you were trying to say was conveyed effectively.
