I know this blog has gotten a little hockey-heavy lately (and, of course, by "a little" I mean "completely overrun") and for the non-hockey fans, I apologize (although I don't know why I would apologize to people who don't follow College Hockey...you're the one that sucks! ;)  I kid, I kid).

It's just this time of year always gets me nervous.

If it makes you feel any better, in my bracket, I have St. Cloud in the Frozen Four. So I have them winning not just one but TWO games. As I see it, the monkey exists mainly in the minds of St. Cloud fans (and people looking to mock St. Cloud). None of the players or even the head coach are still around from the last time St. Cloud was in the NCAA Tournament.

Will you be making it to Rochester for the regional?

A lot of people have us in their Frozen Four brackets. That worries me. I think the monkey exists everywhere. It's not just a or two game thing. We are 0-7. SEVEN tries. We've been top seeds, bottoms seeds, 2-game series, one and done format, West, East...it's been rough.

Unfortunately, I will not be going. I looked heavily into going...but everything was so expensive. If we had been in Denver, I could have gone easily. Rochester was not financially conducive.
