We're going to try and bring back our weightloss lifestyle ... counting points and getting exercise more often. We're both back to where we started oh so many moons ago :(
We went swimming last night and given that we haven't been in months, it wasn't too bad. Certainly not like we were when we first started. hehe
So no more choccy and indulgent snacks for me.
