I missed the airing so I downloaded, and I *just* watched. Oh god, poor Kurt. Standing there so hurt and defenseless but still touched by what his dad did. Chris Colfer continues to amaze me.

They need to do a spin off show. Seriously, I would watch the shit out of them, just them, every week. I love how Finn came around and man, that was such a tense scene. I had no idea it would be THAT tense, damn.

I am seeing so much Kurt bashing right now, it hurts my heart. At ONTD, there's so many comments with "he didn't deserve the F word, BUT..."

They are seriously blaming KURT for somehow manipulating the parents to FALL IN LOVE? Really? Introducing two ppl=forcing them to move in together?

I mean, he was pushy, but Finn was lashing out 'cause of the gay insults, not because Kurt was overdecorating the room.

Yeah, I just joined the community and I can tell I'm going to get an icon and maybe not hang around. Are they always like that? Good lord, I'm so used to ontd_startrek that I've turned soft, lol. Well, not soft, as I DID get heavily involved in SPN fandom for years, but I definitely don't like to hang out with so much nit picking and strange povs. I mean yes, Kurt was pushy, but that's what makes him awesome, because he's HUMAN. He believes himself to be in love with Finn and he's being a teenager about it. That doesn't give Finn a right to be an asshat, but I also understand why he was doing it, but he rectified himself and I'm sure they'll find common ground.

what REALLY bothers me (so much that I had to update my own journal about it!) is that ppl are commenting without understanding that they are in fact justifying homophobia when they say that Finn has a right to be angry for Kurt "looking at him and acting all flirty." That is the behavior they are judging him for. I mean, honestly. Where was this outrage when Rachel kept throwing herself at him? Unrequited crushed are not grounds for flipping out on anyone, regardless of orientation (I know, preaching to the choir here :P) but that seems to be going over SO MANY peoples heads.

But the end, oh my god, the end. Finn redeemed himself but good. :D and I *LOVED* them squeezing each other's shoulder things, and then the gestures after where Kurt basically shoos him and Finn does the apologetic hand gesture. THEIR LOVE IS SO CANON, EVEN IF IT NEVER ACTUALLY SHOWS UP IN THE SHOW. <3 <3
