Apparently Klingons dig pizza
Best Star Trek dream ever! Right so it was in the TOS universe and they were going on a shore leave to a planet that was in winter. The first part was them approaching their destination in these rolling tank-like things, and I remember Kirk and Spock all having this witty/playful/flirty banter. With them was this Starfleet officer Kirk had dated, and Spock was totally catty with her. Then they stopped and got out and it was night and they needed to clear snow from this one place before they could go get warm. Spock had trouble walking in the snow (as he's clearly not used to it) and Kirk would help him along by holding his hand and Spock never complained and secretly enjoyed the hand-holding (dirty Vulcan!) Then they go by these plants that were kind of like really huge, more purple versions of those blue singing plants from The Cage, and in the dream it turns out the plants were sentient and Kirk had had to deal with them having, erm, amorous affections for him, but he felt safe because it was winter. But then he gets too close and one of the plants hilariously plasters itself along his back, singing this little happy tune, and Spock was SUPER AMUSED, lol.
They all go to the cabin they are to be staying at, but OH NOES, Klingons infiltrate the cabin! I distinctly remember them being from Day of the Dove because the leader was Kang. They thought Starfleet was there to attack them when they didn't even know others were there too. Kang's wife asking a cloaked Spock if he was going to take off his hood and he said instead, 'I prefer to remain contained.' Kirk tries to explain but you know, KLINGONS, and Kang gets his wife to play some sort of mind-reader thing where Kirk has to guess what she's thinking and Kirk being not-so psi null figures out she's holding something to do with pizza. She remarks to Kang something like, 'I feel like pizza' and Kang starts to attack because he figured Kirk lost but he didn't. And then just before I woke up they talked about being surprised that Klingons were even telepathic and I swear I woke up purely because I was trying to correct my own dream with its accuracy, lol.
Now I'm up an hour too early, But OMG guys, a flirty TOS dream with Klingons and a plot! My mind was temporarily awesome! XD
