1.) Hi new friends! I'd do more of a welcome, but this is already belated and frankly I'm lazy, lol.

2.) OMG, THESE BIRDS OUTSIDE MY WINDOW WON'T SHUT THE FUCK UP! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO FLY SOUTH FOR THE WINTER.

3.) TV has been good lately. Psych was HILARIOUS last night, and it further cemented my love for the epic Shawn/Gus bromance. I swear, I'm a slasher, but I hate Shawn/Gus slash. Their relationship is the first truly pure bromance I've embraced and I want them to be awesome friends for the rest of their lives and have their pool that goes across both their backyards. :P and while I had issues with the last House, it was not bad at all. Next week looks like shit, though. I would be more excited about it if this was season one Cuddy and not whatever the fuck she is now. I'm behind two Chuck episodes and I need assurance that they don't suck, lol. This season has been kind of weak, even though I adore that the new powers Chuck has can only be turned on sometimes, which is hilarious and keeps Chuck his same nerdy self. They really need to lay off the Chuck/Sarah, because it's like beating a dead horse and it's in practically every. Fucking. Episode. This is why I don't mind Psych and it's Shawn/Juliet, because most episodes don't even allude to it so when it comes up, it's not cringe-worthy.

4.) The Sims are so racist against Asians. Do you know how hard it is to make a Sulu sim? First of all, SIMS, not every Asian person looks the goddamn same. The joke people always make about them all looking the same? Is not trufax. They have something called nationalities, so just giving them squinty eyes doesn't cut it, you assholes. It took me forever to find make-up and fixes to make John Cho's lovely face, and it still doesn't look exactly right. My ship needs a pilot, douchenozzles. *appropriate gif is appropriate*

5.) I saw the movie The Invention of Lying because my sister and I were bored and all the others movies we wanted to see had already been rented from our local convenience store. I was shocked because guys, this movie was EXCELLENT. I won't give spoilers. Basically, it's about a world in which everyone tells the truth (yes, ALL truths) and the protagonist is a very average, middle-aged, overweight guy who someone finds that he alone is able to lie. What follows is not an over-the-top silly comedy like Liar, Liar or a flat-out drama, but a really well-written comedy that actually makes you think about why we lie and it actually shows that the world is much better for lying. I seriously recommend watching this, and I may even find a download and upload it if any of you are curious but aren't not willing to rent or Netflix or whatever. It's good enough to buy, and that's saying something from me since I don't care for buying many movies (Star Trek was SO an exception to the rule *molests her copy*)

6.) SPN DAY! My sister and I will continue our tradition of eating take out and watching our show. This episode has the potential to be awesome, so I'm pumped.

7.) I made four gifs for the 'not in front of the Klingons' scene because no one else has made them. That is a fucking crime, so I made a couple. This whole scene just made that godawful movie so worth it (though I do admit that it's a guilty pleasure.)

Kirk walking up to Spock. Just look at how he walks up to Spock and how he faces him. Doesn't that look like something romantic is going to occur, the way Kirk looks up at Spock here?

The whole actual scene. I love how Kirk looks at Spock after he says, "Impossible, you were never alone." He looks so emotional and it totally looks like he was meaning to kiss Spock, not hug him. Good god I love these two, they are so married and perfect for each other.

spn, boldly slashing where i've never slashed, tos, space husbands, random, flist love, gifs, it's not lupus, lmao, recs, rant, psychics are hawt, chuck, rl, hellz to the yes
