Well Kids Look Who's Back...
That's right look who's back, look who's back, look who's back, shady's back, tell a friend....
So what's really new since my last post? Well not a whole lot I guess. I am still working at the Gallery of Sports Art because I kinda ran into dead ends with a few places. Sometimes I wonder if I will ever really make it. I have tried so hard to get a radio station to hire me, but all they seem to want is interns. Nothing part-time for pay, only full-time is available. Ahh well, worse case scenario I will just live upstairs from Bob and Christina in their mansion or something. The Gallery actually gave me a raise, and my internship at ESPN in Janesville is going ok I guess. I enjoy some aspects of it and some things I don't enjoy. Its just kinda "marginal." My whole purpose in taking the job with them was to get involved with Beloit Snappers broadcasts. I greatly look forward to that, but my boss Caroline at the office reminds me of the Caroline from the new hit "Roses"....
I'm taking a summer class right now and am actually a bit behind in the reading for that. I have had the book for about 2 and a half weeks. I figured I would be done with everything by now and I am not, so I am really going to have to get my butt in gear here.
In other news, I got my car fixed from the lovely incident that occurred this Spring. It looks good and smells like paint haha. As some of you also know, my mom got engaged. My mom and I are not even close at all. In fact, if you didn't know any better you would think we didn't even know each other. So when I found out she got engaged, I wasn't exactly elated. And yeah, the guy is someone I don't even know either. Yeah, well maybe I will be too busy broadcasting to go to the wedding. Now is a perfect time to shout out to Erin, you know who you are. I've enjoyed talking to you the last couple days on AOL, and I hope to do that more in the future, although my upcoming schedule is CRAZY. You rock girl!
Since everyone loves hearing about my love life, a really smart and cute girl named Christy came into the Gallery today JUST to talk to me. I met her a few weeks ago, but I don't really know what's all gonna go on with that yet, so I will see. She's smart and cute, so don't ask me why in the world she would wanna talk to me of all people. Who knows, she would probably show me the door after one date haha.
