hey everybody
Last night I went out with Brent which was kinda fun. I had a really good time. We went to Mike's Bar in New Berlin for Casino Night where I proceeded to lose exactly everything. Drank some High Life and then made my way over to Carey's. From what I understand from the consensus of everyone I talk to, I can do a darn good rendition of "Margaritaville." Didn't know I had it in me, but I did it again last night. Also did my usual "All the Small Things." Normally I can hit those weird notes really good but last night I might have had too much in my system to do it. Drinking does affect your voice a bit, that is for sure. Brent and I also stopped by to see our lovely neighbors upstairs Annie, Sara, and Joanna. Man I am telling you, it must hurt to look that good. Joanna was expecting the arrival of her mother and Sara was playing video games and Annie was making muffins. It was cool to visit with them a bit, although I feel like all we did was take their food and leave. Haha. Well maybe sometime me and Joanna will have to go out for a bit. That might be kinda fun. Don't expect to get loving out of it, but hey she's cute and single and really nice too. So what the heck.
In other news, I am now really seriously thinking about leaving my job with the Gallery of Sports Art. I just need more money. They cut my hours a little bit and it just came at a bad time because I need to make more dough if my internship is all the way in Janesville. I have checked into a couple media jobs and also State Fair Park and the Pfister Hotel have job openings, so we will see what happens. I have never been the type of guy who lets money talk, but this summer gas prices are outrageous so I will need to make a lot more.
One minor event happened this week. My mom was a passenger in a car accident and was hospitalized from Tues-Thurs. I was a bit worried for a while about her, but it looks like she will be ok now.
