(no subject)
hi folks,
some of you know and some of you don't know, i've been
in the hospital since last wed.
i'm on a hospital computer. they have a lounge where
patients and visitors can use the internet. cleveland
clinic is the greatest.
anyway, i'm here for my usual heart problems. as soon
as they're happy with my levels and such i'll be home.
then back in six weeks for a follow up.
i have to lose ten pounds pounds before they do the
next step which is ablation surgery. i'm hoping in six
weeks i can loos maybe 20 pounds or more. with my
rhythm good i should be able to do some minimal
exercise. which for me is walking. i'd swim, but i'll
share people the site of my body for now.
oh yeah, i'm here cause my rhythm slipped and my heart rate sky rocketed about six weeks ago, the stress of losing my house, moving and
all, took it's toll, but i feel better now and am
focusing on the future and getting healthy.

if i don't answer i'm probably on the crapper or at
this computer.
it looks lie i'll be going home friday, morning. a
small possibility tomorrow thursday, but i was just
told friday is more likely.
