So this Sunday is our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we're spending 2 nights at the Sofitel at Denarau. I've been there for lunch and it's a great spot right on the water. The South Pacific Food and Wine Festival is on Saturday night. A six-course dinner cooked by 6 chefs - a few of them are Aussies.
