Fat Studies Journal reader reviews
Being a reader for the Fat Studies Journal--I wouldn't have had the opportunity if I didn't know this particular issue's editor *intimately*, but damn if I don't feel super smart when I use my critical thinking skills, knowledge of US culture, and academic training to identify a brilliant turn of phrase, find a hole in an argument, or call out a writer's racism. I'm proud of the work I've done on the papers I've read.
