The military junta in Burma is warning its citizens that they will take legal action against anyone who trades or hoardes the international aid that's finally trickling into the country. Does that include the military itself? I suppose they're just "holding it for a friend," as most lame-ass perps on cop shows claim.
The funny thing is that I'd actually be in favor of our invading Burma to make sure the aid is properly distributed, but considering everything else we've seen the Bushies stick their fingers in over the past 8 years, they'd just turn this into a clusterfuck, too.
