I didn't even realize that Lassa was an anagram of salsa. AMAZING!!

And yes, people actually eat Kangaroo and it is delicious if it is prepared right. It's tender and juicy and SO GOOD. Kangaroos are actually considered a pest in Australia, so they kill them off and..eat them o.o

Bwah! Kangaroos are the largest (and bounciest!) pests ever. Well, if I ever go to Australia, I'll probably try it. When traveling, I am compelled to consume local cuisine.
