Keyboard chuff is nasty. My E key at work was feeling "squishy" and sometimes wouldn't register the e, so I popped it off the board and Lo! there was a clot of hair, crust, and food crumbs lodged therein. And that, of course, made me realize there were similar clots elsewhere under my keys.
20 minutes later, the keyboard is still filthy, but at least now it's about 3 pounds lighter with all the chuff under the keys in the garbage can.
