Needed to fix car again

Happy PI day, btw. I'll take mine in Pecan. Or pumpkin.

For the last week I've been hearing a sound I thought was my tires at first but when it got louder I realized it was a wheel bearing. I figured, since I had done the passenger side exactly one month ago, it must be the other side.

Because it cost $300 the last time ($150 each for parts & labor), I did some hunting and found the parts for $80 and labor for $100. I dropped the car off today, early in the morning.

I get woken up after 4 hours of sleep when they called me to tell me it was the bearing I had replaced a month ago. So I took it back to the place I had it fixed a month ago.

They replaced the brand new but broken bearing with a new one, and it didn't cost me a thing. However, I didn't get a lot of sleep, and I had to sit around for 3 hours while they worked on the car.

And how the fuck does a bearing go bad after only one month?!
