Dude, no need to kill yourself with doing these full tri workouts. I've never seen a tri training plan that has you doing all 3 events in one workout on a regular basis. I only ever did all 3 one time, I spent maybe 15 minutes on each, and that was just to practice transitions. If you only have time for 20-30 minutes a few times a week, you can do swimming one day, biking another day, etc. A lot of plans will have you do a brick workout (usually just 2 events) on the weekend for the last few weeks.
