Back for a bit

Dear body, thank you for not crapping out on me today. It's been a few weeks since I've been able to push you the full 2 and a half hours.

So yeah, it's been a busy last month or so and this month is not any better but i got in a full training session today.

Bike-45 minutes-13.3 miles
Track-2 miles-40 minutes
Swim 20 laps

I won't be able to get another full work on it until the 2nd week of June due to moving and another wedding, so by July I'm just going to have to do the full tri (15K Bike, 5K Run, 1/2mile swim) every week to make sure I'm ready for August.
