UNH just tied maine 5-5....this weekend is not starting out very good
Monday -
1st day back to school in like 2 and 1/2 weeks. i had chem 1st and we went ovr our mid-terms, i did ok. i got an 88. we also found out that we have this ginormous project due on feb. 8th. next was euro. we basically just finished talking about the same guy we had started talking about before vacation. in spanish we reviewed, and went over something new so that we could do our homework for that night. English was okay we basically just talked about the mid term and folled around the whole 50 mintues. Geometry we went over our mid terms, i didnt do so hot on that one, and got a 75, which is a C. Then after lunch it was pretty boring. our study hall moved down to mrs. davies room, so yeah no more couches... :'(. Next i had another study hall. I dont really like this study hall becuz the teacher is mean and doesnt let us talk at all... After school i had hockey from 3:30 til about 5:45, cuz we got the boys time too becuz they didnt have practice. So i went home, took a shower, and ate. Then i didnt have to do any homework becuz my last 2 periods had been study hall. So at 10 i watched the Gauntlet 2, which is the funniest show. I watched There And Back at 10:30, and then i went to bed.
Tuesday -
Double English was okay. we talked about the odyssey, becuz that is what we are reading now. so since i read this last year, i can basically not read and know what everyone is talking about. omg this brought back the funniest memory. we found out we were going to watch it after we were done reading it, and i thought about how in 6th grade amanda has the BIGGEST crush on Hermes... whenever i think about the hermes part i just start smiling, and i know that no one will understand y, but i just had a flash back. so in double spanish, we went over our mid-terms, i got a 76. Double chemistry, we did a lab. Then we had common period, which sucked becuz we had to sit in the autotorium for 40 mintues listening to people sing. OMG so boring. Then i had the study hall that we cant talk during. I ended up doing my chemistry, and then listening to hannah's ipod. then it was off to hockey practice. we had late today, and i dont like late practices, becuz im always starving during them. So i went home, took a shower, ate, and then did homework until 8. At 8 i watched Bones, and then House, and then i went to bed.
Wednesday -
This by far was the best day all week. So first i had study hall, when i did my english that i didnt do the night before. Then i had euro, which was pretty boring. then i had spanish. we just took notes, and then had like 20 minutes to start our paragraphs that were due on friday. i opted not to do that. ashley lowell was showing me how to make my tongue like in the shape of a 3 leaf clover, and i kept trying, but i couldnt do it. i guess catie had taken out her camara, and started video taping me trying to get my tongue in that shape. OMG it is the worst video of me EVER. So after spanish i had chemistry, where we just went over the labs and shit. Then i had like 20 minutes of english becuz i had an early out at 12:20 for hockey. so we just started discussing the book and then sarah and i left at like 12:15 cuz i had to change. in the bathroom was like no lie the whole hockey team changing into our warm ups. we all walked over to the gym, which is a fairly long hike up a mountain. once we had all our stuff on the bus we left. we got lunch, which was thrown to us my kridg, and i think i got hit with a couple sandwiches. so after feeding time at the zoo, as meghan called it, we kinda got quieter, well not really. Some people managed to sleep, and some people we attempting to rap battle each other; Tori, Gaby, Sarah, and Briana. I was listening to music, and playing chess with meghan on caities phone. I won, well not really i would have won if the game didnt last more time than the 2 hour bus trip did. So when we got there we realized that it was an outdoor rink with a damn roof over it. We had to get changed in the lobby with the other team, becuz there were no lockerooms. we did our warm up outside and we had some fun. we went into the lobby and played street hockey, becuz we were yelled at by the rink people that we couldnt play hide and go seek. we also did some yoga. haha so many goodtimes doing yoga. "Bow to your censi", or "position your hand as if to tell ur opponent to bring it on..." haha so funny. as weird as it sounds all of us doing this before the game helps me and i think everyone else, becuz no one is thinking about the game, were all just laughing and having fun. and i havent been nervous since we started doing this. so we finally got onto the ice. the rink was shit. The ice sucked becuz it was really bumpy and soft becuz it was like 50 degrees out and we were on an ourdoor rink. in the corners the boards moved, and if u were fighting in the corner to get the puck, someone wouldnt come out in one piece. So when the boards moved, u were basically standing on either wood on concrete, and if u had gotten ur skate stuck between them, u would have fucked up ur knee so bad. So the game was okay, i ended up getting 2 goals and an assist, and leveled in a corner. OMG that hurt so bad. I would have had a hat trick, but the buzzer to end the game went off before the puck crossed the goal line. Acorn told me that it was a hat trick, but i knew that it wouldnt count. so i rode back with helen and her family. i begged my dad to go to the unh harvard game, but he said there was no way he could pick me up. i could understand, becuz my mom was in atlanta, and he didnt want to leave my brother home alone cuz hes a fricken wuss in the dark. so i went home, showered, and i watched the live stats online. it ended up being a really good game. unh won 5-1 and jackie got a goal!! so then i watched something else on tv and went to bed.
Thursday -
Double euro. boring. double study hall, boring. double geometry, double boring. and then double study hall, boring. so after school, varsity had a 30 minute practice, becuz jv had a game. the varsity team had to stay and watch the jv game, so i ended up running the clock. Helen, ashley, and ashley ran the penalty box doors. Acorn and Meghan did the stats, in the box with me. and Sarah R and Caitie were in the box with us too. None of us were really paying attention to the game, we would look occassionally. We got hungry so ashley went on a lockeroom run, and came back with two packs of crackers for acorn and me, and juice for acorn and me. so jv looked okay, i think they could have won, but they ended up loosing 2-1. So after that, i went home and did the usual. i did homework until 9, when i watched the OC. and then i was so tired, so i went to bed.
Friday -
english, was okay, we had a vocab test. in euro we had a reading quiz. in spanish we just went over the homework. in study hall i did nothing, as usual. in geometry we went over the homework. in study hall, i just listened to music. and in chem. we just took notes. so we had no practice today, and then on monday we dont have school, so we dont have practice. so i went home and watched tv and sat on my ass for like the first time all week. i got really tired and i fell asleep during the double overtime of the celtics game. i went to sleep at 11:20ish, and i didnt find out the results of the Unh game until this morning.
So right now im updating, i just got up like 10 minutes before i started typing this...so yeah im gonna go and do basically nothing right now... PEACE OUT
