Tonight the Twin Cities was the unlikely host to the first stop of the KRAFTWERK Tour 2008.. granted it's only 4 dates.. (the last stop is the Coachella Music Festival)
THUS making it HISTORIC in that it will probably for ME be a ONCE in a lifetime possibility of seeing this ground-breaking musical group, especially in an intimate 'home-town' sort of venue.
The group of KRAFTWERK KIDS I went along with were reslbear, bearinslc, and a friend "Mick"
The concert was AMAZING and the soundsystem is/was the one EACH of us eventually 'wants' in our homes to completely fulfill that "FULL CONCERT-LEVEL" experience.. ya know.. the one every FRICKIN' electronics outfit in the WORLD is trying to say they are selling you.. (yet somehow the neighbors don't seem to complaining the way you would have been EXPECTING them to)
let me tell ya.. THIS ONE.... would do the trick.. and PROBABLY involve the POLICE !

I was lucky enough to get seated stage-side maybe 75 feet from center stage, and at times.. the bass response was so great my field of vision truly WAS being shaken so intensely.. I SERIOUSLY could NOT focus on objects less than 50 feet from me...now THAT is KICK-ASS BASS ! !
