Wow what a week makes huh?

So I have now been a Lt for just a little over a week and all ready they reling on me to do pretty much everything (they being the other Lts and even my boss). I guess in one way I should be flattered becasue it is true, I do know much more than all of them. However, it creates way to much work for me and I don't like that. I can't wait until my job is me just sitting in a chair, naked, and watching re-runs of Mork and Mindy on some abscure channel on Dish Network or something like that.

Yet I cannot complain too much. Why? Because I am half way to getting my second promotion in two weeks. I had my first round interview for the Arizona Regional Trainer on Thursday and I got a call back that night to do a 15 minute presentation on Wednesday morning with two of the other seven cannidates. I'm not saying that I'm a shoe in but I think my chances are somewhere at like 99%. Let's see why...

  1. I've been with this company two years
    • The other six people aren't even apart of the company
  2. I have a degree in theatre...public speaking=LIFE!
    • The otehr guys (from what I've been told) are quiet and shy
  3. I'VE BEEN WITH THIS DAMN COMPANY TWO YEARS!
    • The othere guys have not. Remember this job is to train everyone on the polocies and proceedures of not only Countrywide Home Loans but ALSO for Advanced Tech Security. How the hell are they to teach people if they don't even know the shit themselves?

So, again, I'm not saying I'm a shoe in, but let's face it...I am.

Today is the Oregon game. Should be good and a nice pick me up after last week. We should of had that USC game but whatever, Keller thinks he's fucking Andrew Walter and can throw deep into pass coverage. No worries though. If the Devils win every game until the end, they still have a chance for BCS bid (considering the only teams they lost to were to teams in the top five). So we'll roast some ducks tonight to get that underway! GO DEVILS!

Until we meet again!
