Vampire Diaries
I caught up on the last two eps of VD this weekend. I have to say that the biggest mistake this show has made was killing off Anna. She and Jeremy are just so, so good together. LOOK HOW CUTE:
Sigh.
I loved, loved, LOVED the way Steven delivered the line, “I’ve always loved her.” Please let this be the end of his chemistry-free relationship with Bonnie. I wanted to like them together, but bringing back Malese Jow just showed in stark relief that Bonnie and Jeremy just don’t have the spark.
Also, it was sweet when Alaric told Bonnie that Jeremy was an idiot, but I was like, No, he wasn’t! I mean, he loved Anna. Who among us could pass up the chance to be with the person we really loved again? I don’t blame Jeremy at all. Granted, I adore him with Anna, so I was all for it. Bonnie has way more chemistry with Matt. And Damon. Or hell, Alaric!
I was glad at the end that Elena told Stefan she wouldn’t spend her life loving a ghost, because she was putting her money where her mouth is. I appreciate that about Elena. And awww, nice to see Lexie again. And Mason! It was a clever way of bringing back old faves and villains.
I’m glad that at least Anna and Pearl were reunited. Anna totally made me cry when she was saying that she doesn’t want to be alone anymore. :((( Man, I wish they could find a way to bring her back for good. I wouldn’t care how they did it! I love that character so much.
