Will and Chad have major chemistry and the actors are all for the idea of "Chill" but I'd be surprised if the show made them both gay. It would probably be Will so that the story could be all about his mother, Sami...

Heh. Yes, I imagine a heavy Sami focus. But that's good to hear about the actors! Of course it could be someone else entirely, but it sounds promising.

I hope they do it! It's silly that there are no gay characters left on the US soaps. I'll probably watch even though what happened with Kish and Lure broke my heart. I never learn, heh.

There were also rumors that B&B was going to make one of their characters gay, but they didn't sound too committed to the idea. :/

And I think the Y&R gay storyline petered out, IIRC. Daytime totally needs more diversity, both sexually and racially/ethnically.

Well, Bianca is still on All My Children. She and her wife Reese are getting divorced, which has irritated/angered a large percentage of the fandom. I'm kind of split on that. They -could- recast Reese easily enough, but you can never be sure if a recast is going to work. (For example, they recently recast Bianca. NuBianca is pretty good, but old!Bianca, who won an Emmy, is now on Y&R and almost everyone thinks she's horribly miscast as Heather.) The writers are promising that Bianca -will get a new love interest.

Yeah, they actually got some pretty sensual stuff. Bianca and Reese discussed their sex life, and were actually shown in bed together. Of course Pratt, the WORST WRITER AMC HAS EVER HAD, couldn't let Reese be a completely self-confident openly gay woman, so he had her kiss Bianca's brother-in-law Zach and then punished her by blinding her for several months. Reese is still the best love interest Bianca has ever had.

I've been reading that they may be pairing Bianca with Marissa (Babe's sister and JR's ex... which amuses me to no end because I always thought Bianca was in love with Babe).
