Got a new tattoo yesterday, a cowgirl on my girly leg. My buddy Saul did it for me. It's an old Sailor Jerry design, full color, nice lines, Saul is such a pimp. Wasted a percodan though, we ended up doing it low on my leg instead of by my knee, it didn't really hurt at all. Oh well, I can always find more pain pills for the next one.
Iced Earth is going on tour!!! They'll be playing in Seattle, hopefully they will squeeze in a show in Portland, but if not, I am gonna go up there to see them. Children of Bodom will be touring with them, gonna be good. Not happening till May though, but I guess it gives me something to look forward to for the next 2 months.
Got the new Fear Factory album today, not released yet, gotta love IRC. It's pretty good, reminds me of their old shit before that crappy pop sounding album they did the last time. Crazy guitars and drums are back and ripping. Wouldn't mind seeing them in concert again, seen 'em a few times and they always put on a good show.
The lineup for Ozzfest looks really good this year for some reason. I've never been to one because they always have shitty bands, but this year there are some really good ones playing. Judas Priest with Rob Halford!! Dimmu Borgir, Lamb of God, Lacuna Coil, Superjoint Ritual (even though I hate Phil Anselmo with an all-consuming passion, I do love Hank III), Hatebreed, Slipknot, a few others, looks like a good show. Maybe I'll shell out the cash to see the show.
Looks like I am finally gonna get that extra day off from the damn cab company. I have been working sooo fucking much I am slowly losing my mind.
Fuck, this new Fear Factory is good! Every song so far has been seriously heavy, I am having flashbacks to their really old shit.
Enough for now, time to sleep before I go work at the tattoo shop. Hope I make some money today, I need cash for the weekend, got some serious drinking planned for friday night.
