Holy cow am I sleepy. I only got an hour and a half to two hours of sleep last night. I Couldn't sleep cause I slept in until five in the evening from the night before. I worked pretty much all weekend at Panini's. It wasn't to bad, it just really threw my sleep schudule way off. It is going to take me a few days to recover but then I will have to do it all over again.
I wanted to start a weight training program today but since all of my weekend revolved around work I couldn't do any on the things that were necessary to get done. I needed to clean and do laundry. I hate when this happends. I get way to tired and spread thin that I feel overwhelmed. I want to get to things that I want done. To make matters worse I couldn't fall asleep last night. It is funny how things work out, I was in bed at 4am and didn't actually fall asleep until close to 6am. I was just watching the clock tick by all night long. I am not sure weather I should go to the gym after work, go home and clean, or got to bed. Maybe I will take a nap on my lunch break and that should help out a little bit.
