After three years of investigation, Carl Rove will not be indicted for leaking Valerie Plame's CIA status to the press (a more leftist article can be found at the LA Times). Lewis "Scooter" Libby has been charged with a number of crimes, including obstruction of justice, lying to the FBI, and lying under oath in front of a grand jury.
