So, from what I understand, this accident wasn't that bad. So why are you still in pain from it? I know you weren't wearing your seat belt (tisk, tisk :p), but after a month of physical therapy, you'd think that any issues would be resolved. Seriously man, let's throw you a bone, eh?
I'm of two minds on this. The synical side of me wants to tell you that maybe it's all in your head. That you have a tendancy to fixate on things and not let go. I don't mean this in a negative way, everyone has different elements to their personality and that is just one of yours. So maybe you had pain in the beginning and haven't allowed yourself to just let go of that fear of waking up in pain, and so you have pain.
Then there is the sympathetic side, which is stronger, that says you are in pain and why can't the stupid doctors fix it? If I made what they made, I'd fix you! Have you tried different things besides physical therapy? Yoga is really, really good for stretching and alignment. Water aerobics too, might be helpful to get you to stretch out those muscles in your back that were stressed from the jolt of the accident.
I probably don't even know what I'm talking about. So don't listen to me.
