I think I'm in a bitchy mode permanently. Either that or the shows are conspiring to piss me off lately.
And here I was thinking that I liked Zatanna, and she comes and kisses Clark and it's all flirty around him and Clark is basically DUMB and I don't know what I'm gonna do with him. Seriously. Thank God I'm shipping Oliver with Chloe (good job, writers! *highs five*) or I would be shipping him with Lois, I swear God!
Loooooved seeing Lois dressed up as a Star Wars Clone (I think it was a Storm Trooper, but I'm not an expert, sixphanel is, and I was thinking about her while watching these scenes ♥). She's awesome (both Lois and sixphanel, LOL). And I was totally mad because Clark just kissed Zatanna (while being enchanted, but whatever) and I said aloud: "Now I hope Oliver goes and kisses Lois." and the next scene? Oliver kissing Lois (in the forehead, but that's not the point) Next thing I said: "Now I hope I win the lottery." It hasn't worked out, yet. xD
Anyway, Clark picking costumes for Lois was great, it's the only thing Clark did in the entire episode that I liked (I think) Not that he does much in this show, anyway. Only a whoosh here and there. Sometimes I even forget he has superpowers. But, oh! He rescued Chloe (well, he picked her up before she crushed against the pavement) and then I thought he was actually flying (I think I stopped breathing for a second or two) only to realize he was just leaping. *sigh* Don't get me wrong, I like Clark (most of the time, anyway) and I just blame the writers for not giving him a proper character, more heroic, and a little less dumb. I know they can, I just don't understand why do they have to write this Clark that doesn't seem to know what's going on and it's just whooshing from here to there without actually being helpful or anything. No, wait, I just remembered that Clark actually hit a guy in the head with a can. That was cool and funny!
Okay, let's leave the poor Clark alone. Let's now complain about Chloe. Not about her but about what the writers do with her. Why the hell does she have to have her heart broken every single time? She finds a nice guy, one that actually makes her smile after all she's been through and it happens to be only a kid that got superpowers from a comic. I only forgive the writers because they're giving me Chloe&Oliver moments as I've ALWAYS wanted. ALWAYS. Since the day they met and Chloe was all mesmerized saying: "That's Oliver? Wow. He's very... wow." ♥__♥
I really REALLY hope we see this relationship develops. I so want Chloe to be with Oliver. They're just perfect for each other!!!
And let me finish saying that Lois is awesome. Yeah, I know I said it before, but after she finds out Dumb!Clark kissed Zatanna (okay, more like Zatanna kissed Clark) she goes and grab a random guy that was walking past her and kisses him. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!
