Watch your local news. Here in western Washington, at least, it's full of the local races.

The most exciting being a repeat of the governor's race of four years ago. Well, repeat in terms of candidates -- I sincerely hope we don't go through two machine recounts and a hand recount plus assorted lawsuits this go round.

But there's several hotly contested congressional seats as well.
