So I bought this program to make patterns out of jpegs that I can use on my looms; since I'm getting a new loom tommorrow, I finally installed the program earlier today.

Each and every time I get to the point to generate the image... the program crashes.

Shit.

So I can't return it, and I can't make it work. So now what am I going to do?
