June in the Bi-o-sphere
It’s June! And a bumper month for Pride events around the UK. All of them worth a day excursion (or, for lucky locals, a quick trip to the end of the road).
I'm personally over-excited about Oxford - Saturday 6th June.
A big bi stall will be part of the Pride Village, at Oxpens Field (next to Ice Rink -OX1 1RQ) from 12pm-8pm. Myself and other kind souls will be setting up from 11am. Do drop in whenever you’d like and say hello.
The theme is 1969 : remembering Stonewall Rebellion with peace love & flower power. Dressing up is optional, but flowerchildren are very welcome.
There’s also a parade - I’m not parading, but if you’d like to borrow a banner, just give me a shout.
Other hectic and impressive efforts mean there will also be a bi showing at the following:
20th June - Calderdale Pride, Piece Hall, Halifax

27th June - Swansea Pride - Bi Wales/Cymru will have a ferociously cheerful stall, helpers and visitors leave a comment here and I can put you in touch with the crew. http://www.swanseapride.com
