By the way, your recent blog post is interesting. One of the big discussions was about whether the player in my game is the avatar (originally a marble -- we were making a marble-rolling game) or whether the player is the widget that moves walls and adds props, or maybe the player is a god, or maybe all of the above. None of it made sense until we started thinking about how to transition the player's attention between the agents.
