OMG worst day ever right here.

Absolutely nuts.
I love my job, but let me tell you about crazy middle aged women and their coupons. Bed Bath and Beyond and their damn coupons.
Middle aged women, who are clearly either menopausing or pmsing should not be allowed to shop. Especially not when they fall into one the following categories:
1. They are willing to yell at a trainee who has been working 4 days until she cries.
2. They are in a hurry and need to return something
3. They need to return something purchased with a coupon
4. They speak broken english because they came from pakistan or WHEREVER
5. They can't make up their mind about what they want to buy.
6. They change their mind about purchases after the transaction (including a return) has been over 75% completed.
7. They don't have the mental capacity to see that I'm obviously LEARNING, DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING EXACTLY, AND TRYING MY HARDEST NOT TO MESS UP
now that I have that out of my system, guess how many categories one lady fell into.
yeah all 7. Have a cookie.
And who was processing her purchase? yeah. me.
So I ended up crying at work today. This woman couldn't make up her mind, I had to void her transaction 3 times. After completing it.
what a bitch.
Aside from that, I forgot to give 2 people their credit cards back, one guy I caught in the parking lot and ran it out to him while he was loading his purchases into his car, and the other lady drove back, but she was super nice about it. Since she bough over $500 worth of stuff for her new house and I was loading her stuff into her basket and forgot her card...she said she forgot about it too until she got to the corner. Most people are super nice there, but then we have the CRAZIES that come in to make our lives living hells.
Oh...and I messed up another lady's transaction, forgot a coupon, so I went to return it to her, just as a credit, but in return mode the register somehow charged her credit card, so we had to void her purchase, her "credit", then credit the "credit" and then do the purchase over again with the coupon, but she was super duper duper nice about it, gotta love gramma types!
Kelly's viewing is tonight...I drove by the funeral home and saw her name, and it made me cry a little. Since the WHOLE parking lot was full, including the one next to it. And it's only her there right now.
anyway, I think i need to go relax or something....whatever....I'm gonna go hang out with my cats.
oh yeah...matt's going to be here tonight!!!!! he's having car troubles right now, so we don't know WHEN, but he'll be here tonight! yayyyy!!!
