It went great! It's amazing to be able to see and all. So as you can plainly see (since I'm typing well without too many errors) I did not go blind. Although the procedure itself? Absolutely terrifying. Everything in your body is screaming PUNCH HIM AND RUN AWAY!!! And it's true, that as soon as you are absolutely certain that you cannot will your body not to move anymore, it's all over. It's also true that I was probably too scared to move...I couldn't even speak. But they do pay somebody to hold your hand through the whole thing...the girl said that I couldn't stop shaking, and I told her sorry. Then I apologized for squeezing too hard, and she said that I wasn't even squeezing at all, so I said ok and squished a little harder.
Quick summarization: Absolutely the most frightening terrifying experience of my entired life, but totally worth it.
PS getting my wisdom teeth pulled was far more traumatizing.
