I Strongly Disagree With Your Weltanschauung...
Yes I am one of those people who is hopelessly into horoscopes. I don't read them thinking "Oh, this WILL happen today", but I always read them thinking "Hmmm, this could be fun if it did occur sometime soon...". Today my horoscope said: "Someone with tons of resources and free time on their hands is en route, ready to make a grand entrance into your world. Got a passport? Good. How about a suitcase or two?" Wouldn't that be fun?.. :) okay, yes, I'm a dork..
Seeing the Quenelle's was great. Sharon started crying when she saw me which made me start crying. It was emotion and fabulous and it makes me miss seeing the people I love back home even more. But I'm glad I will be spending the next few days with them. Today Sharon, David, Nicole and I went to the Cloisters in waaaaaay uptown Manhattan. It's this collection of 15th and 16th century monasteries that was brought over from France, Spain, and Flanders in the 1930's. It's a beautiful museum and I loved being there. It's such a beautiful and romantic spot. As my Art History professor said "It's great when you're alone there, but even better when you're there with someone who's hand you are holding". And that's definitely true. It's the type of place that makes you dream of some glamorous, fairy-tale wedding. The cliffs overlook the Hudson and East River and it has this fabulous courtyard in the center. It's breathtaking and I hope all of you get the chance to see it some day. So now I'm back in my room and planning on an early night since I work tomorrow. Lots of love...
