random observation....I feel like almost everyone I know is in a serious relationship. my cousin, who's a year younger than me, got engaged last year. (do you know how bitter it made me that Craig was engaged before I had a serious boyfriend?) two guys I knew in high school are engaged. one was a friend in high school. my first actual friend to get engaged. people all over the place are falling in love. why is it now, when we're 20/21/juniors in college that this happens? the typical image of someone our age is a big MTV style partier who lives at clubs. I haven't been to a party since October, and even then it was a pretty chill party. maybe it's just my friends....but yeah. that's my random observation of the day.
as for the first day of class.....the first topic on my physical science syllabus is "The Atom." they're not kidding when they say it's "science for non-majors." film is going to be rough, but I'm back with a few of my aussies and even some of the people from the film this summer. and, of course, Ross is the man. Bible as Lit will be interesting. tomorrow's my medieval day- Brit Lit I and Medieval Europe.
