Kat is chasing birds in a parking lot.
There is a scientific reason for the chasing of the birds. She swears. Which would be why she's incredibly annoyed at how difficult wild birds are to catch. All she needs is a stupid bird. If it didn't have to be wild, she could just go to the pet shop, but noooooo, it has to be that bird. The one right there. With the beady red eyes and the white feathers.
It ate something it wasn't supposed to. And now she needs to cut the capsule out of it. Before it disposes of it naturally.
"Why won't you just let me catch you for once?" Kat whines at the bird, shaking a butterfly net in its general direction. "I guess I do have to thank you that you haven't actually flown away flown away yet. But I need to catch you. Can't you just walk into my net or something? Here birdie birdie birdie. Come on. Into the net. That's a good bird, yes you are. Yes you are a good little bird aren't you."
040798-332 is being thwapped with a newspaper by a tiny Asian woman. She is spewing words at him that we can't process and it's making things very difficult. Mati says we is not allowed to hurt the Junk. The unGifted. But she is thwapping him and it -- yes. It hurts is the right word.
Tabitha is wandering around the Gauche doing her very best to look like a tiny blonde girl who is about to drop dead at any moment. It involves not very much imagination, considering she's been feeling so awful lately. But it is still imagination-land involved. She's wondering when one Xander Harris will show up so there can be waffle.
Kittentits is hungry and stalking around town. She needs to find someone/thing to eat so she can meet up with Romeo and have a conversation she doesn't want to have. She's not starving-starving, but she's hungry enough that she knows she needs to eat.
It's just a fact of life now. And she's got no issue at all feeding on Wanderers. It's not like they matter anyway.
Sunshine ... doesn't really look like Sunshine. She's in disguise because she's still hunting. Her hands are covered with black blood and she's currently packing bags into the back of her car.
"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes," she mumbles, as if talking to the bags as she tries to shove them to fit. "I will. I will finish it. I will, I will, I will. Finish it. Won't let them get away, oh no. Can't haunt me. Don't know me. Can't know me. Can't. Can't. Can't. Can't."
