Because I've got troubles enough, no don't pick on me

Obviously the answer to a broken little girl is for her to collect small children. Honestly, she probably shouldn't be anywhere near kids, but she can't help it. She hates to see people hurting and her time on the streets she runs across a lot of kids. More than is healthy for her. It breaks her heart. She wants to take care of all of them, keep them, give them a chance.

Or maybe she just wants a chance to do something good for once. She's not sure. Chicago has been an experience, for lack of a better word. She just doesn't know what to do anymore.

Only adding to her delinquency status, she's messed up big time. She'd spent most of her day high as a kite and then sleeping. Now there was little chance for her to actually wash some dishes. Still, she has enough money for a bit. She's feeling tired and lethargic, and beyond all thirsty. She's sitting on a bench near where she and Jamal are staying, wondering if she should check in on Susie. Soon, maybe. Right now, she just needs to rest.
