Revan is in the lobby of the Conrad, carrying all of her worldly belongings and looking around as though waiting for someone. In effect, she is; she's hoping to see Doc at the very least. Suffice it to say she's moving back to the hotel, as the fact that she has all of her possessions with her might suggest. It's a bittersweet moment for her. She's happy to be near people she cares about again, but she's also sad to leave Torchwood behind. She cares for them too, in a way.

Also, there may or may not be a copper-hued, humanoid droid following her. She told HK-47 to come with her only if he so chose.

She might be keeping an eye out for Doc, but anyone is free to bother her. She's always friendly and helpful.
