Mitsuki Takahashi is nothing if not prompt- when she says she'll be there within the hour, she'll probably wind up there within thirty minutes. It's just one of those weird businesswoman tics she's developed.
This is the sort of thing she's been known to handle- the diplomatic matters that most archangels don't have the restraint or sense to handle without letting instinct take over, and when the situation involves thirteen of their own slaughtered, instinct tends to prevail over all else.
Mitsuki never really had much in the way of instincts. She could hunt and fight with the best of them just like a true soldier, but that didn't mean she couldn't stroll into enemy territory with a straight face and not break down or want to go for the throat of the nearest leader.
So it's with an air of diplomacy that Mitsuki carefully walks through the (still doorless) entrance of the Kashtta Tower to pick of the pieces of what will probably be the first battle of a war that she didn't sign up for. She may have signed onto war when she came to Chicago, but it certainly wasn't this one.
