The TARDIS, as Pack Guardian, looks after her packmates. She's just been looking after one of them, the little Ψ-girl. Now, it's time to look after the little Vortex-burned one.

She hops off without excusing herself, teleporting into the room nearest to her - fortunately one of the unoccupied ones - and shapeshifting into a large, deep armchair.

Hey, the Doctor liked it.

One does not ignore the TARDIS. Ever. One doesn't even bother to try when the TARDIS is becoming a giant comfy armchair.

So when Rose sees said armchair, she does the only thing she can do. Curl up in it, and open up her mind.

The TARDIS sends off a soft, psychic •ping• to the Doctor, psychically curling around her and looking through her mind. She reads everything, examines her memories, her consciousness, her subconscious, the Vortex bits ingrained in her, everything, through and through. It's bound to be unsettling.

But, hey. Her pup came asking.

Rose whimpers at the feeling of her mind being examined. It isn't painful exactly, but it's unsettling. Distressing. There is some discomfort, but then...when a medical practitioner examines a wound, it is sometimes uncomfortable.

Still, she sits through it as best she can without fussing or twitching.
