When we start killing
Shepard is waiting in the courtyard as per the entry she posted to her crew. Most of them have gathered around her, armed with various pistols or other, non-combat related items.
Shepard herself is not pussyfooting around with civvies. She's wearing her armour in plain sight, all four of her weapons attached to it, except for her pistol, which is active and clutched in her right hand.
There are still a few stragglers from her crew missing. Plus Dresden. So she's getting just a bit cross.
