- My docent Andrea Stultiens always said: pictures which keep moving your mind after actually looking at them, are art. This definitly stays in my mind...

- well, it's all very complicated. Am no longer (and actually cannot remember to ever have been) interested in art perse. But great (and even more boring and irrelevant) things are made under the umbrella name and I sometimes making use of it as a platform. A good image doesn't exist. It becomes good or is used badly in a context. That's keeps fascinating me. And also what makes the images in
the link you shared interesting.
Мне очень близка мысль про контекст и свойства изображения, проистекающие из него. Именно контекст вдыхает жизнь, собирает воедино, а его отсутствие разваливает, проводит мимо. я не знаю, как точнее объяснить это ощущение, но рада его уловить.
