Monday Update
In an effort to update more I'm gonna try and write about my past week....it will probably just be totally random things but on occasion it may actually be something interesting, lol.
Top Gear makes me laugh like you wouldn't believe...
Started a sleep diary last week and already I can see a pattern. I knew there was something going on there but now I can see it clearly mapped out in front of me I wonder why it took me so long to get help in the first place. The sleep supplements stopped working as well as they should a few days ago and I'm not sure what else to do. It seems that no matter what I try I can't get to sleep any time before 2.30am. It sucks and it's taking it's toll on my health.
Got my tax refund today! YAY! Time to go shopping =]
I'm getting a cold =[
